Job Description
As the Head Finance and Admin for Around ‘D’ Clock Security Company Limited, you are responsible for the overall performance and profitability of Around ‘D’ Clock Company Limited by improving work efficiency and managing the finances of the Company. You will report to the M/D on a Daily basis.
Generate and analyze data, and report on key matrixes across the organization; preparation of Management Account / report; monitor, review and analyze all accounting outputs; Cash flow Analysis and forecasting; financial budgeting and planning; Financial planning and analysis e.t.c.
Preparation and Presentation of papers at Board of Directors Meeting.
Liaising with the ‘External Publics’ including but not limited to: Tax authorities, Nigerian stock Exchange, PFA’s, insurance companies, NECA, External auditors etc
Securing funds for the Company from cost effective sources and managing same funds for the actualization of corporate objective
Banking Transactions, Laison with various banks to ensure adequate and profitable banking operations.
Co – ordinate the preparation and presentation of annual budget for Board’s approval.
Generate, keep and maintain accurate books of accounts of the company.
Prepare and produce Annual financial statement from the books adequately kept.
Effective maintenance of the company Assets.
Formulating control policies to ensure completeness, accuracy of company’s records.
Responsible to the External Auditors.
Recommending appropriate modifications and additions to personnel policies, programs and procedures to advance professional development and proficiency of the workforce
Ensuring that supervisors are responsible for the proper operation of their departments, including the right to discipline employees within their own departments, as authorized by the personnel handbook.
Establishing and maintaining cooperative and harmonious working relationships with all employees, clients and the general public while displaying a positive attitude.
To offer supportive services to Management and Staff with a view to ensure work harmony and attainment of corporate objectives.

Serve as an adviser to the Management on Union issues and Labour/Administration related issues.
Other duties as may be assigned form time to time by the Managing Director.
