Job Description
  • Conducts interviews of employees to obtain background.
  • Obtain information from courts, police departments, educational institutions, neighbors, relatives and guarantors of prospective and current employees.
  • Collates information and prepares clearly written reports of the results of the background investigations.
  • Prepares and maintains case related information and administrative documents and records.
  • Presents background information about candidates before they are hired.
  • Manages a caseload of investigations.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:  
Knowledge of:
  • Recordkeeping .
  • Lagos road and environs.
  • General office practices and procedures
  • Principles and practices of customer service and telephone etiquette.
  • Modern office practices and procedures; personal computer business software applications; complex record-keeping methods, practices, and procedures.
  • Company policies and procedures.
  • English usage, correct grammar, punctuation and sentence structure.
  • Investigative techniques and procedures.
  • Confidentiality requirements of investigations.
Ability to:
  • Convey a positive and professional image to employees and the public.
  • Interact professionally and effectively with various levels of the Company's employees and the public .
  • Checks and compiles information
  • Establish and maintain recordkeeping systems.
  • Obtain information pertinent to individuals fitness for a security position.

Minimum Qualification  
HND /Graduate in any discipline and must be an ex-officer with the post of Inspector (Rtd) or its equivalent in the Armed Forces.
Minimum Experience  

5 years experience in security industry. Must be able to ride motorcycle with a valid licence. Knowledge of Lagos roads and it environs.
